Why Invest in Blue Jay Gold?
Blue Jay Gold offers investors a unique opportunity to participate in the revitalization and advancement of a past-producing, high-grade gold-silver system in the Yukon, which enjoys a long and rich gold mining history. The company’s flagship Skukum Project combines nearly one million ounces of defined gold-equivalent resources (Indicated + Inferred), district-scale exploration upside, and significant infrastructure already in place.
Backed by a seasoned management team with deep exploration, technical, and capital markets experience, Blue Jay is focused on efficiently unlocking value in this underappreciated brownfield asset. The company’s complementary portfolio of Ontario gold projects, including the Pichette Project which hosts a 1952 drilled gold discovery, and features over 12 km of testable BIF trend-length that provides discovery leverage in a tier-one jurisdiction.
With a strategy rooted in modern exploration, disciplined capital deployment, and responsible project advancement, Blue Jay Gold is well-positioned to deliver meaningful upside through resource growth and project de-risking at Skukum, while offering exposure to high-grade discovery potential across its broader Canadian portfolio.
High-Grade Potential
Blue Jay Gold’s flagship Skukum Project in the Yukon is a past-producing, high-grade gold-silver system with substantial exploration and development upside. Located just south of Whitehorse.
Historic mining at Mt. Skukum averaged approximately 13 g/t Au in the 1980s, confirming the high-grade character of the system.
With road access and a 50-person camp, Skukum offers rare infrastructure leverage alongside nearly one million ounces of defined gold-equivalent resources. The project also includes multiple underexplored mineralized corridors, each with the potential to host standalone discoveries.
Complementing Skukum, Blue Jay’s Ontario portfolio provides additional exposure to high-grade gold systems within some of Canada’s most prolific greenstone belts. Notably, the Pichette Project has delivered surface channel sampling up to 70.9 g/t Au over 0.5 meters, highlighting its potential for new near-surface discoveries.
Together, these assets offer investors a dual opportunity: a flagship advanced-stage gold project with development momentum in the Yukon, and high-impact exploration upside in Ontario: all anchored in tier-one jurisdictions with proven geology and mining infrastructure.
Unlocking Value with Modern Exploration Techniques
The world of exploration over the last few years has witnessed radical changes in the understanding of how and where deposits formed in the Earth’s crust, and the industry has developed new methods and data integration approaches to revitalize target generation approaches for the discovery of new mineral systems and deposits. This revolution in approach can be particularly useful in brownfields areas that are more data-rich than typical grassroots regions and thus furnish additional dimensions of model development useful in exploration targeting.
Strategic Infrastructure Advantage
Blue Jay Gold’s assets are located in two of Canada’s most mining-friendly jurisdictions, the Yukon and Ontario, where established infrastructure supports efficient and cost-effective exploration.
At the company’s flagship Skukum Project, key infrastructure is already in place, including year-round road access, and a fully built exploration camp. This built-in advantage reduces the need for greater upfront capital outlays and allows for streamlined project advancement from early-stage exploration through to potential development.
In Ontario, Blue Jay’s projects benefit from proximity to major highways, power lines, and mining operations, including the nearby Greenstone Gold Mine. These connections
enhance access to skilled labour, logistics, and potential future processing or partnership opportunities.
Across both regions, the ability to leverage existing infrastructure translates into faster timelines, reduced exploration costs, and a more efficient pathway to discovery and development. These are key factors that strengthen Blue Jay’s value proposition to investors and set us apart from other exploration companies.
A Team Built for Discovery and Value Creation
Investors are backing not just assets, but a team with a proven track record of discovery, project advancement, and capital markets success. Blue Jay Gold’s leadership combines technical exploration expertise, financial acumen, and public market experience. This integrated skillset ensures that the company can execute its exploration plans efficiently, attract capital at key milestones, and effectively communicate its value proposition to the market.
